The winner of the Bamfords Top Flight “SuperFly” competition is Tony Stephens of Parkstone, Poole.
Tony’s yearling blue hen, “Annie”, fed on the newly launched SuperFly mix won the British Barcelona Club Bordeaux National race; 177 members sending 1,030 birds competing in a tough race (velocity 1229) with only 40 birds back on the day.
Many congratulations to Tony, who has been a Bamfords competition winner in the past, and he will be collecting his £100 worth of SuperFly from local stockist, Rod Muspratt.
The new SuperFly mix has proved very popular in the first year of sales, being an easily digested, high energy, low protein race mix, using small grain ingredients. No price increase for the 2021 season either !
